Introduced by MOE in 2016 Upholding the Malay Language
and Strengthening Command of English (MBMMBI) policy
with the aim to create a highly immersive, language-rich
environment that promotes the use of English in schools

CONCLUSION
HIP is unique. Principal, teachers, pupils, parents and the community will
have to be committed in ensuring this programme achieve its purpose
At the end of the day, pupils will have positive attitude towards learning
and mastering English language and hence increase the overall proficiency
of the language
