Commercial Working Committees to develop guidelines for smart
networks.

3 Smart Network Awareness Campaign – To educate consumers on


the benefits of smart packages.

4 Self Regulatory Quality of Service Initiatives - To produce


guidelines for industry on QOS marketing.

Completing above will results in industry/consumer providing & experiencing :


• realization of End-to-end Priority of Service (PoS)
• differentiation of Quality of Experience (QoE)
• both the user and the operator are able to provision and monitor the
available services

Deliverables of the Drafting Group is to produce Industry Guidelines on
Smart Network

EPP NAME: SMART NETWORK


DELIVERABLES: INDUSTRY GUIDELINES ON SMART NETWORKS
Description To develop Industry Guidelines for Smart Network to facilitate the introduction of Smart
of Network and its relevant packages in Malaysia in supporting the delivery of Pemandu KPIs.
Deliverable

1. The guidelines will enable the TWC and CWC to determine the basic technical
requirements and packages that best fit the current Malaysian market and forecast the
Objective of future requirements as well to ensure lower costs and better affordability of smart
