The sample size of 40 respondents has
been taken from national capital region,
who has almost occupied the major area
of chemical industry in this region (NCR).
Out of which 25 respondents belongs to
soap & detergent industry and rest of the
15 related to the glass industry.

FINDINGS
 There are lot of potential users of Soda Ash in NCR.
 Most of the manufacturers are using Soda Ash Dense
in their operations.
 Manufacturers of glass and soaps are more as
compared to detergent manufacturers in NCR.
 Out of the soap and detergent manufacturers, most of
them are using sodium silicate in their operations
rather than palm oil.
 All the manufacturers of soaps and detergent are using
sodium silicate liquid in their operations rather than
sodium silicate solid form.
 40% of the manufacturers are interested in dealing
with the company.
SUGGESTIONS
There are lot of users of Soda Ash in NCR and
these can be easily captured by the company.
Most of them are using Soda Ash Dense in their
operations and Kiran Global Chems Limited is
trading in good quality of Soda Ash Dense.
Monthly consumption of Soda Ash in NCR is
estimated to be more than 100 tones. So, it will be
beneficial for the company if these customers are
captured properly.
There is also a very good demand of Sodium
Silicate Liquid in NCR. If these customers are
captured, it will surely going to enhance
company’s profits.
