Summary &conclusion
.
• However, inhabitant of Paschim Simulia faced various problems in agriculture in
agriculture and non-agriculture field’s mention earlier, the common problems are lack of
education, skill, training, knowledge of education, skill , training, knowledge, capital,
proper rate of production communication.
• The above mention constrains or limitation can be overcome through better education,
proper training and its timely application. Farmers should be getting regular training
about up to date eco-friendly, agro-technologies. It is needless to mention the basic idea
behind training is to improve
• Through Government concern &other NGOs hearty contribution the awareness
about women & the rate of women participation in farm and non-farm sector is
looking a graceful position. Rural people are now very much conscious about
overall improvement in their lifestyle & women’s status. They feel that women
has potential to done easy &hard work in the equally to the men. For that the
picture of women’s participation in rural India has become change. The women
are now participate in a large number of agriculture as well as non-farm sector
&social-political sector to hide their own position. Women are the source of flow
less power to manage home & outside of the home.
