Wages and Salaries:
The CRP will follow all the rules and a regulation which is being implemented by the
government and CRP will provide all the benefits to their employ in terms of:-
1. Life insurance benefits by general insurance policy for all the employees in the office.
2. The provident fund which is currently running according to the labor laws in India will be
properly given to the employees of CRP.
3. The medical cost will be reimbursed by the medical policy under the mediclaim policy
under the life insurance company.
4.In any kind of accident happen to the employ of crp in working mode ,or in office or in duty
of company the company will be responsible for reimburse all the charges and their all
medical expenses of the employ and provide the other necessary facility.
5. According to the current pay commission or the compensation policy of the
government of India the CRP also set the salary and moves according to the
government norms and conditions.
6. for the women’s the compensation and tax benefits will be different as per laws.
These are some policy which is being adopted by the central government which is
considered by the CRP:-
Entry No.23: Social Security and insurance, employment and unemployment.
Entry No. 24: Welfare of labor including conditions of work, provident funds,
employers 'invalidity and old age pension and maternity benefit.

Privacy Issues
Employee Surveillance:-the employees should use the internet of company for the official
purpose and do not upload transfer the office data to any other company or person and do
not copy the official data on any soft data medium like pen drive all the employee of crp will
be continuously under monitor and misuse of company name or property will be taken as
offence against the company protocols and the crp will take the appropriate action against
the subject employee.
Personal Appearance:-
The personal appearance of the employ should be well maintained in the office hours and
as wells in the meeting hours neatness and cleanness should be there in dress code which
is being assigned while in the job hours.
Night Work and Shift Work and Overtime:-the extra bonus will be given for off hours
of job assigned by the company and cab facility will be provided by the CRP Company
to their employees those who come in the radius of 20 km.
Sick Leave :-according to the employee condition the sick leave should be given to the
employee
Vacation Leave:-2weeks in a year, as well the national holiday excluded.
Recordkeeping and Reporting
The CRP will make all the employee record in individual employee files in the
company computer which is connected to company virtual server which all data is
recorded.
All the department records according to their department assigned will use the
centralize virtual server of 10GB to upload and download the data of office work.
All the department record will be transferred to top department heads through
centralize networking system.
The company will use the open office software applications which are open source
so that office expenses should be minimized.

• CRP’s business operations decision will be taken at its head
office in Chandigarh. Our basic operations strategy would be
after getting an order via telephone or via e-mail. We will be
focusing on that event and also the 50% of the amount for
event will be collected immediately before the event so as to
meet all the expenses.
• The field work and site inspection will be done by Operations
manager i.e. Rubal and Harinder. And accordingly the setup
for event and plan for that will be done.

Labour requirement will vary from event to event. As large the event is it
will require more labour so our labour requirement will be fulfilled by

CRP is targeting large companies for our corporate retreat event planning. The
large corporations typically have the budget and the foresight to recognize the
value in corporate retreats.
In addition, it is the larger corporations that typically use the corporate retreat as a
training session for their employees. The training is typically in :-

CRP's product release planning services will be targeted at all different size
companies. Companies of all sizes have product release and it is unusual for them

planner on staff. .
