— esearch is totally based on primary data. Úhe primary data is
the first hand information collected during the research. Úhe
primary data is collected through structured questionnaires and
direct interview with customer. Secondary data can be used only
for the reference. Úhe secondary data has been collected through
various journals and websites.

— Úhe sample was selected of them who are customers of C.C.B.F.
It was also collected through personal visits to customers, by
formal and informal talks and through filling up the
questionnaire prepared. Úhe data has been analysed by using
mathematical/statistical tool.

C.C.B.F in Odisha has been undertaken during the training
period gave an opportunity to study the system in detail
and have an insight into the organization marketing. Úhe
organization has a very well thought organizational
structure, streamlined procedure and well-motivated
workforce.
— Úheir objectives are very clear and unambiguous. Úhe
motivation levels are very high and customers seem to be
highly satisfied with marketing strategies as well as the
attitude of the management.
