INDRODUCTION:-Heinz was established in 1869 in pennsylvania by H. J. Heinz .

Company entered in Indian market in 1994 with take over of Glaxo company.

y Total no of warehouse that is also called CFA are 24 in

India. y We were working at Dasana mother warehouse in ghaziabad which comes under north zone. y Hierarchy of warehouses Suresh Nair( logistics manager of heinz india)-CFA owner-incharge-project trainee (us)-SAP opreater-supervisors-labours

Process of warehouses y Receiving goods y Arrangement of goods according to company norms y Sending goods to other places on the order received y Operate an information system such as SAP in our company. y Division of stocks in blocks . y Physical counting of stocks and tally it with SAP. y Any interchange is come in any truck then send mail to company authority.

Working mythology
y To co-ordinate with Incharge of CFA and supervisors. y Help the staff any where they needed. y To make proper arrangement of stocks as per

company norms. y If any problem is found which could solved by us then report to seniors. y To make physical stock register and tally it with system. y To monitor the warehouse.

Objective of study
y to understand the proses of warehouse. y To analyzing what problem is occurred in running a

warehouse and how it is shoot out ? y To understand how a ware house is managed ?

Finding
y There was a big place so no problem was occurred for

storage. y But that godawn had a problem of water lickge thats why many cases were effected. y In that ware house electric supply was cut so electricity is come by gernetor which was not sufficient. y Employs gave his 12 or 13 hours a day but result was not sufficient because they was unskilled y Employs were unsatisfied because of salary.

Recommendations
y Company should check warehouse properly before taking

on rent. y Company should give salary directly to the employs So that they can get whatever they promised whether they are working on third party parole. y At least Incharge and computer operator should be skilled so that work can be properly done. y CFA owner should be involved in whole process otherwise CFA can not run properly. y Two shift should be made for working because there is no time limit for closing the warehouse.

Conclusion y if salary is given properly as told then they will work happily. y Company professionals should go at least one time in a week to guide them and motivate them. y CFA owner should involve in process. y To labors ,proper knowledge should be provide asHow to arrange the product in warehouse?
