Operations

When designing your HMI, the lack of an object model in PLCs makes it hard to get all relevant information included in graphical elements and faceplates. The lack of built in information navigation reduces operator efficiency
Graphics

It is hard to create todays top of the line graphics with old graphics technology Old graphical packages make products hard to use and contribute to the poor look of the graphics Reuse of graphics is hard within and between projects
Workplace handling
