TIS (Training Information System) is an integrate and adoptable system specifically designed to suites training needs when it comes

to paperless information. It consist of Employee Master list, Certification Records and Training History for easy tracking.

To start, 1. look for this logo then click.

Once click you will see

2. Click run

Its okay, this means that TIS is loading.

Once done you will see

3. Type your username and password


NOTE: Enrollment will be done after Installation.

Once successfully log-in you see TIS main menu

Deleting 1. Click Once click, icon

2. Type surname on name box

2. Double click the chosen employee

Once double click, you see individual basic information

Excel Exportation Click

For uploading employee picture

1. Click open image

2. Select file, the click ok.

You can now edit , once done click save.

Then, click ok.

To go back to main menu just click

2. Filled up the training certification record entry

3. Click save

Then, click ok. To go back to main menu just click

Deleting

1. Click what you want to delete, then click

Once click

2. Click ok to proceed and cancel to cancel.

Once you see this Click ok

Once the system automatically log out, its okay.
