Magma Fincorp Limited (formerly Magma Leasing Limited) was incorporated in 1988 and commenced operations in 1989. To strengthen their business, the company merged with Arm Group Enterprises in 1992. Magma has emerged one of India's largest financial services companies during the past five years. In early 2007, to strengthen their services even more, Shrachi Infrastructure Finance Limited (SIFL), a non-banking retail financing company, has merged with Magma to create a new financial services powerhouse: Magma Shrachi Finance Limited on August 2008, they renamed themselves as Magma Fincorp. They have headquartered in Kolkata (India), and registered with the Reserve Bank of India. They are represented by a qualified team of over 5150 Magmaites.

To find out the services that other bank given to their customer

To build the relation ship with the customers and to follow up them, make sure that they are satisfied with the product.

SCOPE

Consumer perception towards loan Product.

Consumer awareness about loan Product scheme and its benefit.

Aware the magma ltd about the customer problems, especially in case of automobile sector.

DATA COLLECTION
Primary data: Data observed or collected directly from first-hand experience is called primary data. They are most original data in character and have not undergone any sort of statistical treatment. The researcher has collected primary data through Questionnaires. Secondary data: The secondary data are the second hand information which are already collected by some one (organization) for some purpose and are available for the present study. The secondary data are not pure in character and have undergone some treatment at least once. The researcher has collected secondary data from company website.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY

Systematic investigative process employed to increase or revise current knowledge by discovering new facts. - Business Dictionary Descriptive Research : Descriptive research, also known as statistical research, describes data and characteristics about the population or phenomenon being studied.

Sample Size: Sample of 80 people was taken into study, and their data was collected Sampling Technique To study the Project, a Simple Random Sampling technique is used.

LIMITATIONS
 Data provided by company was not adequate.  Collecting information during working hours was very difficult.  The analysis would vary with different perceptions of different people.
