Material Consolidation across deliveries
Allows consolidation of material across deliveries in a staging lane Optionally consolidate material in a consolidation LPN Allows consolidating material during Pick Drop, Staging Move, Mass Consolidate, and Crossdock Operation plans and selection rules provide the means to achieve appropriate consolidation

Shipping Integration
Validates the deliveries to be consolidated have the same Ship from De-consolidation point (Intermediate ship-to) De-consolidation points are determined using the Regions and Zones setup Deliveries will be unassigned from all existing trips beyond the De-consolidation point, if any At Ship Confirm, a new trip is created for each delivery from de-consolidation point to ultimate ship-to

Setup operation plan selection rules to allow material consolidation across deliveries The procedure to create operation plan selection rules remains same as before

While creating Crossdock operation plans Select/Enter the desired outbound operation plan for consolidation purposes on the Crossdock operation

Use System Administrator Responsibility Setup a form function parameter as ENTER_TO_LPN=Y for the staging move application functions

Navigate Whse Mgmt > Outbound > Outbound Move > Mass Consolidate Scan/Enter a subinventory in From Sub field Scan/Enter an alias/name in the From Loc field Optionally scan/enter an existing or a new consolidation LPN in the TO LPN field When the selected consolidation LPN is new Scan/Enter a subinventory in the To Sub field Scan/Enter an alias/name in the To Loc field

Multi-Delivery Consolidation Process Mobile Shipping Transactions


Navigation and the procedure to perform the mobile shipping transactions remain same For LPN Ship, Dock Door Ship, and Direct Ship, user can scan the consolidation (outermost) LPN to shipconfirm multiple deliveries with a single scan For Quick Ship, users will be restricted from confirming an individual delivery that has been consolidated with others
