Findings
51 % of the respondents were satisfied with their job roles and 35% were neutral 51% of the respondents were neutral to say about the autonomy in their job roles and 35% were agree to have autonomy in the role. 69% of the respondents were satisfied with the feedback on their performance and 17% were neutral. 70% of the respondents were get to use their skills on the job and learn new skills.

42% of the respondents find their role personally significant and meaningful and 47% were neutral.
35% of the respondents get paid very well compared to their peers in the industry with similar job roles, 29% were neutral and 29% were dissatisfied. 33% of the respondents were agreed to say that their company helps them in their work &leisure and 47 % were neutral. 34% of the respondents were agreed that they will stay in the company for the next one year and 34 % were neutral about it.

Data has been collected from a participant who is at least an undergraduate or has 3 year diploma in any discipline after XIIth.

Data has been collected from MNC or from the company having more than 300 employees. Data is collected from people less than 50 Years of age.

Conclusions & Recommendations


Organization should give more autonomy to their employees to discharge their responsibility Organization should give more feedback on their performance and so that they can improve. Employees should be given more opportunities to learn new skills. Managers should be approachable .

IT Sector: Job prospect high but level of dissatisfaction is also high because of work load and Job insecurity. Telecom Sector: CTC and Incentives good but people dissatisfied because of high travelling requirement. FMCG Sector: Growth opportunity are high but pressure of sales target. Banking Sector: Growth rate are low.

Learnings
Some new techniques of data collections. Got the opportunities to interact with Top level corporate people. How to create online survey form? How to link them with excel sheet? Use of various software like Sendblaster. Giving Advertisement on websites.

Network building. Interpersonal skills. Meeting daily target.
