INFOSYS- KEY TO SUCCESS

-LOOKING AT POTENTIAL EMPLOEES ABILITY TO LEARN AND ASSIMILATE TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS.

-REPLACING OBSOLETE TECHNOLOGIES REGULARLY.

-EMPHASISING CONSTANTLY ON QUALITY. -DIVIRSIFYING INCOME SOURCES TO MINIMIZE RISK OR REVENUE. -ENSURING THE STRICT ADHERENCE TO CORPORATE GOVERNANCE.

BUSINESS ETHICS AT INFOSYS Four key principles that can sustain moral intelligence: Integrity; Responsibility; Compassion; Forgiveness. Integrity is creating harmony between what we believe and how we act, doing what we know is right (and this definitely includes telling the truth at all times). Responsibility is a person who is willing to take responsibility for their own actions, and the consequences only by taking this responsibility do you stay true to core values. Compassion is broadened to include caring about others, which then shows our respect for others. It also has a boomerang effect, because generally when a compassionate person is in trouble, we return compassion to them. Forgiveness is a key principle because without a tolerance for mistakes and acknowledgement of human imperfection, we are likely to be rigid and inflexible, thereby reducing the common good

Corporate governance is about maximizing shareholder value legally, ethically and on a sustainable basis, while ensuring fairness to every stakeholder - our customers, employees, investors, vendor-partners, the governments of the countries in which we operate, and the community. Thus, corporate governance is a reflection of our culture, policies, our relationship with stakeholders and our commitment to values . Infosyss corporate governance philosophy is based on the following principles: 1-Satisfy the spirit of the law and not just the letter of the law. Corporate governance standards should go beyond the law 2-Be transparent and maintain a high degree of disclosure levels. When in doubt, disclose 3-Make a clear distinction between personal conveniences and corporate resources 4-Communicate externally, in a truthful manner, about how the Company is run internally 5-Comply with the laws in all the countries in which we operate 6-Have a simple and transparent corporate structure driven solely by business needs
