Purpose of the study: To produce a sustainability policy and
an action plan as shown in the outline. We have adopted the STEEP Analysis as our technique pointing out the external factors affecting the implementation of the policies and plans to be adopted by our firm.

LOGO FACILITIES/ASSET MANAGEMENT -In response to increasing BOT procurement methods by the UK government we aim to build and operate a high proportion of our future projects. -To ensure profitability we will develop an asset management capability. (Whole life costing) -To ensure our social commitments we will further develop our facilities management department.(Through life management)
