The group sold major part of its business to Kidde, UK (part of UTC Group) in 2001. Since then the group has focused on select businesses through the following companies: Vijay Fire Vehicles and Pumps Ltd Vijay Security Systems Ltd Vijay Sabre Safety Ltd Vijay Technologies Ltd Vijay Transtech Ltd Vijay System Engineers Ltd Vijay Latex Products Ltd Vijay Group has been a pioneer is providing innovative technical solutions to its customers having varied needs and expectations. Over the five decades of its operations the group has successfully designed and executed over 3500 turnkey projects in India and Asia. Vijay Group has built up a huge client base through sophisticated and proven expertise in customized engineering backed by world class manufacturing and testing facilities in Umbergaon and Silvassa. The turnover of the group for the year 2009-10 was US $40 million and employed more than 500 employees.

It is ensured that all our vendors are ISO 9001 certified and follow strict quality control procedures.
