Concept Proposal

Background
❚ The Vietnam mobile telecom market is a duopoly market
controlled by MobiFone and Vinaphone. MobiFone is ranked
second that accounts for 44% market share.
❚ Mobi4U - a new service that helps VMS-MobiFone to
increase total revenue as Mobi4U will open up a new truly
low end market segment. Mobi4U is a perfect product for
the Vietnamese mobile market that puts the customer in
control of their costs, and also offers a better airtime rate
than MobiCard.
❚ Mobi4U was introduced at the same time with VinaDaily.
The sooner the operator launches at the consumers and
dealers, the better gain supports from them.
❚ There is a need to introduce the products not only with
consumers but also with dealers. This is a chance to equip
the dealers with the new and advanced benefits on the
products.
How to Launch Mobi4U
with Dealers
❚ Biz Solutions proposed to conduct a Dealer Launch
Event in big cities: Hanoi and HCMC.
❚ The dealer launch will also cover the training part as
well. It means, instead of conducting 2 events (mass
training and launching) separately, just do 2-in-1
event.
❚ Rationale:
❙ It will help not to repeat the same topics (product
features, benefits) for the 2 events (training and
launch).
❙ It save time for every parties: dealers, VMS, CIV.
❙ It save cost for VMS and CIV

presentation for your consideration)
2-in-1 Dealer Launch
Objective:
❙ To conduct a product launch with dealers
❙ To create excitement among the dealers and give the
product a good momentum
❙ To gain more support and cooperation from dealers
❙ To provide dealers product knowledge throughout the
event and furthermore lead them into proactive
participation: role play demonstration during the event

❚ Main Activities:
❙ Locations: at luxury hotels - Melia in Hanoi Legend in
HCMC
❙ Targeted audience: Dealers, Scratch card dealers, VMS
staff. Total will be 300 dealers for Hanoi and 600
dealers for HCMC.
❙ Targeted timing: 26 July in HCMC and 2 Aug in
Hanoi.
❙ Impressively launch a new product - Mobi4U to
dealers. All the activities will focus on the theme
of event “Connection 4U”.
❙ The event comprises multi-forms of entertainment

❙ The most exciting performance is product reveal at
the beginning of the event with surprising light and
sound effects and together with an exciting dance.
❙ A short comedy to illustrate the key selling points
of Mobi4U. Famous actor Duc Hai and his team will
be performing the comedy.
❙ The appearance and performance of famous POP
stars to fit with the exciting, young and enjoyable
atmosphere of the event party - “connection 4U”
atmosphere.
❙ Interactive games to be featured the product
benefits.
Mobi4U Dealer Launch
❘ Game 1 - “4U play” that require active participation
from dealers. From the role play, dealers will know
how to sell the Mobi4U products. The best role play
will be given a valued gift.
❘ Game 2 - “4U quiz”. Easy, simple and exciting
questions that featuring the benefits of the product
will be conducted by emcee. This encourages
dealers proactive participate and remember the key
selling points of the products.
