Why RPO?

Difference in employee satisfaction between On-Roll

and Outsourced employees.

To understand RPO employees satisfaction and their

behavior.
Hiring Process through RPO.

The decision is made as to whether recruitment is

necessary. The job description is prepared. The personnel specification is prepared. Plans are made on how and when to advertise. Applicants are short-listed. References are requested. Candidates are invited for selection tests and interviews. The successful candidate is offered the job and signs the contract of employment

Four parameters: Quality Cost Service Speed Focusing on COST Effectiveness

Merits Of RPO
RPO providers assumptions:

Economics of scale enables to offer recruitment process in lower cost

Economics of scope allow high quality of service
Economics of scale and scope arise from a larger staff of recruiters, databases of candidate resumes, and investment in recruitment tools and networks.

Merits Of RPO
Another merit is to change fixed investment costs into variable costs that vary with fluctuation in recruitment activity Companies may pay by transaction rather than by staff member, thus avoiding under-utilization or forcing costly layoffs of recruitment staff when activity is low

RPO can only succeed in the context of a well

defined corporate and staffing strategy Outsourcing of company processes may fail or prove a poor organizational fit Improperly implemented RPO could reduce the effectiveness of recruitment RPO service providers may fail to provide the quality or volume of staff required by their customers
