Computer system: The system has not totally shifted on computer. Manual process is still there. Right person for right job The employees are not posted according to their qualification, profession experience. Customer difficulty computers and other electronic machines should be installed in bank so that time could be saved so that customer have not any difficulty to face. Lack in management BOP need to have employees, because a lot of work is to be done by a single employee

Strengths:
It is a Govt. bank which is the main strength of the bank. BOP has reliable and easy internal computer system. BOP has opened all its branches at commercial areas so that customers face

no problem in reaching to bank. BOP have their own training centers and they trains their staff for their old and new employee. WEAKNESSES: BOP has a lot of new products and services for its customers, but they no advertised there products and services. In BOP, distributions of posts are not fair. There are only few branches of BOP out of the Punjab province. BOP staff members are not satisfied with their promotion and rewards system.

Opportunities

BOP should emphasize much on IT, especially on E-Banking. Introduction of innovative products. Bank can fully avail the facilities of E-banking. Consumer financing is increasing, it is also a big opportunity for BOP.

THREATS:
All private commercial bank is a threat to BOP e.g. UBL, Al-Falah, MCB

etc unstable policies of Government Foreign bank is also greater threat for BOP.

There is fluctuation in the performance trend

profit has rising trend. The main reason of rising trend

is that Punjab Bank starts various services for their customers and improving its packages and other internet related services for the convenience of its customers. Operational efficiency of the bank is not stable. BOP will remain a hostile and modern financial institution and hold the understanding of its customers.

Proper marketing or advertisements should be done. There is need to bring more advancement in products

to attract the customers. To improve the efficiency in management, BOP must be hiring the highly qualified employer. There was no proper distribution of work in the bank. To get the quality of work proper distribution is necessary. Employee must be trained in especially in computer networking Bank should give different types of incentives to employee due to this they will motivate.
