COMPANY PROFILE

Suprabha Industries Ltd., established in 1995, has its manufacturing base located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The unit was set up to cater to the needs of the Tata Motors plant located in Lucknow. Over the years, the unit has been systematically expanded and two new locations have been added in the same industrial area. Suprabha Industries Ltd. is an ISO:TS 16949:2002 certified company. The built up area of the units is about 21000 Sq. Meter and the size of the workforce is about 190 employees. Suprabha Industries Ltd. Has emerged as the leading ancillary for supplying a range of over 120 components to Tata Motors Lucknow. The product range mainly comprises of: Fuel Tanks ,Air Tanks Silencers ,Exhaust Pipes ,CNG Bank Parts Wheel Chock ,Wheel Carriers

Objectives of study

To study proper planning, handling, storing of the inventory. To study how much quantity to receive & issue for production. To study the ABC techniques for the inventory management.

To study store of finished goods and sale of goods with proper document.
