same subject matter addressed to different persons.
 The main objective is to give publicity for a cause

and public.
 This is necessary in the interests of the business
itself.
 It may be done in various ways.
 Personal solicitation is generally considered the
best method, but
 Not possible due to short time and expense.

 It must be either in writing or in facsimile.
