What is delicious?

Web 2.0 Tool Website Classification: Online Social Bookmarking Service Uses: storing, sharing, discovering, and universally accessing web bookmarks Cost: Free to download, free to use According to Delicious, Delicious is a social bookmarking service that allows users to tag, save, manage and share web pages from a centralized source. How does delicious work?

Classifies bookmarks using a non-hierarchical classification system The user creates index terms or tags to classify/organize URL bookmarks for later access The users bookmark information is stored on the Delicious servers allowing worldwide access to personally bookmarked pages Saved bookmarks are also searchable and shareable with other users How does delicious work for you?
