Business Plan
Business Type : South Indian Food Chain Restaurant Country Selected: United Arab Emirates (UAE) Mode Of Entry: Franchising

Why Franchising
Speed of Expansion: No need to open new branch offices. Total responsibility of the franchisee to set up unit. If we can find several qualified franchisees in a variety of markets, we can build several new units simultaneously. Level of Risk: Less financial risk as the franchisee puts up his own money to start the business and takes on the risk of its success or failure. Franchisers just provide operational and marketing support, their "neck is not in the noose" if the business doesn't make it. Level of Control: When you maintain ownership of your new units instead of selling them as franchises, you maintain greater control over your operation. Although a franchise agreement requires franchisees to follow your business model, they are still independent business owners who are responsible for their own profits and losses. Financing: When you are interested in a franchise, it is often easier to get financing. Many franchises have relationships with lenders who are already familiar with their business model. Also they will be the local people of UAE therefore will have a better understanding of the market and reach.
