RESEARCH SCOPE
Ours is a consultancy company Our client is:An MNC foraying into educational sector Current teaching method for KG children is traditional Learning package to be designed : computer interface based & revolutionary The feasibility study is to be conducted to identify the latent need of learning packages for KG children. Pilot city taken for the test criteria is Pune Learning packages to be designed as per the research findings

MANAGEMENT DILEMMA
The research is to find a feasible educational product for the kindergarten children To check whether a latent need exists for learning packages for KG children in the market

As such no management dilemma exists here.

DATA ANALYSIS
We propose to use SPSS 16 and MS Excel as the optimum software for Data Analysis.

We may use data analysis techniques like Simple Regression Analysis and Factor Analysis to draw necessary conclusions under suitable assumptions.
