The problem is easily modifiable because the family shows willingness to eradicate the mosquitoes through following the 4s prevention strategy of dengue by DOH The preventive potential is high because nursing interventions are available in simple approach which is easy to follow by the family and family shows cooperation on eradicating the mosquitoes through regular cleaning, proper water storage, providing adequate lighting and maintaining sanitation of the house. The family does not perceived the problem
