The problem is partially modifiable since it requires a long term to evaluate nutritional status of the children and the family income is inadequate for the needs of the family Problem can be solve in a span of time by giving quality nutritious foods that can also be bought in less expensive quantity and monitoring the dietary intake of the children according to the plan recommended dietary allowances of children The family perceives it as a problem that needs immediate attention since all of the children are undernourished.
