ATTITUDE
Attitude is defined as the persistent tendency to feel and behave in a particular way towards some objects, persons or events. It is a positive or negative evaluation of people, objects, event, activities, ideas, or just about anything in your environment.
A/C to Stephens P. Robbins,' Attitude are evaluative statements, either favourable or unfavourable concerning objects, people or events.

2. Affections (Feelings)
It is the emotional or feeling part of an attitude. For example, I dont like him because he discriminates against minorities. this affect can lead to behavioral outcomes.
3. Behaviour ( Actions and reactions) It refers to an intention to behave in a certain way towards someone or something. For example, I might choose to avoid him because of my feeling about him.

JOB INVOLVEMENT
It is the degree to which employees immerse themselves in their jobs, invest time and energy in them and consider work as central part of their overall lives Such employees tend to be high performers and seldom tardy and get absent
ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT
It is an attitude about employees commitment to the organization It is the process by which an employee identify with the organization and and want to maintain membership with the organization

Push the negative factors to the outer perimeter of your thinking Those who will learn the trick will reflect it and others will notice it Of course! No one can be positive all the time Excessive optimism is not realistic Positive attitude is not an act. It must be genuine
2. Providing Involvement
Sometimes an employee gets annoyed with some decision which is related to him but is has been taken without his consent. This dissatisfaction gradually assumes a negative attitude and in such a situation a decision which is usually favourable for the employee appears to him to be harmful. Such a negative attitude can be converted into a positive attitude with the of the method of involvement.
4. Impact of peers
People working in an organization usually get influenced by the attitude of their colleagues. If the majority of the people working in an organization have a negative attitude, soon the remaining people also start assuming negative attitude and viceversa.
5. Providing Education usually employees have little information about the good and bad. They accept willingly what the other people tell them. Such people assume a negative attitude rather unknowingly. Education is needed to bring about a change in the attitude of such people.
