Whether you are the leader of a team building company or a college football coach, you are going to want some ideas on how to bring your team together. A team can be made up of several different types of people: co workers, team mates, student bodies, organizations and communities.
Part of the reason a team may not perform as good as expected is the leadership. It is the job of the leader to direct and supervise.
If a team member is not doing as they should, it is the responsibility of the leader to step in and take control. When the leader has full control, and knows how to use that control the team will benefit from it.
Create tasks
This exercise forces your group to communicate and agree to ensure their 'survival.' Tell your group that their airplane has just crashed in the ocean. There's a desert island nearby, and there's room on the lifeboat for every person plus 12 items they'll need to survive on the island.
Get outdoors
Allow employees to get out of the office and enjoy some fresh air by playing games like cricket, flag football, relay races, volleyball, etc. Not only are these fun activities, but they also demonstrate the importance of team dynamics. Make sure you mix up the teams a bit - have employees who don't work with each other on the same team.

Start a tradition
Traditions create a sense of foundation and allegiance. Perhaps your department welcome s newcomers by making them wear a distinctive name tag or pin. Maybe there's a trinket or plaque someone must keep with them if they re the newest members of the team.

No matter what your tradition entails, it will help create a sense of acceptance and camaraderie. It can be something you take very seriously, or it can be fun and silly.
Recognizing co-workers by honoring birthdays, work anniversaries, or the completion of a complicated project bolsters the team and facilitates team-building. This doesn't mean that you must do all the planning or pay for all the supplies.
Ask
Have everyone write down what they really think of the way the team works together. This way you can get a better perspective on what the people within the team are thinking.
There is a great saying when it comes to team building ideas. We will never be better as a team than we are with each other.
Help your team realize that no matter what team they work with, there will be issues and struggles. Working with the team you already have, will better you for the next.

When you have a team who can work together well, you have created a well-oiled machine. This will allow work to be done faster, and employees to enjoy what they are doing on a daily basis.
People will have to understand, part of being on a team means working with others. Finding a way to deal with people in a positive way, is something that can change the dynamic of a team. There are good ways and bad ways of dealing with others, which will be covered in a team building event.
