Recipe of Mushroom Soup


What you need? 1 pound fresh mushrooms 2 cubes of mushroom base and one cup of noodles or a cube and one package of ramen-type mushroom noodle soup 2 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons flour 2-3 cups milk 2-3 cups hot water the juice of one-half to one lemon, to taste 2-3 spoonful's of chopped parsley

How to make the Mushroom Soup? In a pot fry the flour in the melted butter till slightly golden (about 3 min). Add the water and stir till smooth. Add the milk, the mushrooms (sliced if too big), and the cubes of soup base. Boil for less than 10 min or till the mushrooms are cooked but not soft, add the noodles and boil till cooked. Take the pot off the burner, add the lemon juice, the parsley and more milk if you like the soup to be less thick. Enjoy!

There is 45 famous people in Bulgaria in total. I will talk about one of the famous people and her name is Baba Vanga. Baba Vanga predicted a lot of stuff like: WWII, WTC attack, Russian attack on Georgia, accident with submarine Kursk.... Baba Vanga and so on. Baba Vanga was born on January 31st, 1911 and she lived in Bulgaria. She died on August 11th, 1996. Baba Vanga lost her sight when she was 12 years old. This happened when a tornado swept her away. She was found alive but had sand in her eyes and that caused her blindness. She started to make predictions when she was 16 years old.

FLAG
The meaning of the Sofia Bulgarias flag is the white colour means peace and honesty. The green colour means hope, joy and love. In many cultures have a sacred significance. The red colour means hardiness, bravery, and strength.

The history of Sofia Bulgarias Flag is that long ago, in the 1860's, Legia Bulgarian, a revolutionary group in Serbia by Bulgarian emigrants, had a flag with the colours green, white and red. There was a war against Turkey, but S. Paraskevovo thought and made a white-green-red striped flag and it was shown to Bulgarian- Russian Crowd in the city of Romanian of Braila in 1877. It had a lion and the word "BULGARIA" on the centre of the lion chest and there was Cyrillic characters around the lion. It is called the Braila Banner and it was currently kept in the War Museum in Sofia.
