Preoperative investigation including Echo were normal.

Rt.paramedian Lapratomy done

6 weeks old infant presented with non bilious repeated vomiting since birth O/E Palpable olive shaped mass at the epigastric region..

IX
Pcv,RBS,S.electrolyte were normal U/S show elongated pyloric canal(23mm) & hypertrophied muscle fibers(8 mm).

Appendectomy done

Intussusception 1 case
Treatment Reduction + appendectomy done.

Abscess (3) case

1 breast. 1 submandibular. 1 Rt. & Lt. thigh abscess. .
