A theory on voluntary mediation

A theory on Voluntary mediation was given by Henk van lejuiik.He said that any mediation :Negotiation between the parties should be voluntary where the parties are free to speak whatever they want to speak.

The mediation Program should allow participant to make informed,uncoerced & voluntary decision. Mediator should not have any stake in the outcome of the mediation. The and operation of the mediation program should not determine statutory or constitutional work place rights.

Participatory Ethics

Intrest,the co-operation of parties to produce a public good,van characteristics such common goods by three features : First ,the god can only be realized through the participation of all parties . Participation cant be enforced there is no explicit moral obligation to take part in the project . Participation may be profitable for participating parties as well as for the community .

This participatory ethics expresses a perspective on how moral agents interact with great potential for the business enviornment. Participatory ethics is present in business policies that show proactive. And legally unforceable involvement in various issues .

Transaction Ethics

Transaction ethics regards moral interaction as a defence of private interest and bargaining whenever there is a conflict of intrest.it mean that all parties involved in the action pattern have intrest that happens to coinside in time but that dont affect each other . This approach may have positive results in win-win situation, where arrangement can benefit participants .

For example:- One party demands a particular material for consumption while other party bneeds customers to sell its product.thus,both are dependent on each other.the process of such exchange will be run smoothly,if both contribute appropriately because both are unable to do anything individually.

Recognition Ethics
Recognition Ethics regards moral interaction as a matter of protecting individual liberties and guaranting public welfare. Moral issues are explained as asymmetrical relationship with on the hand ,agents with moral claim or rights and, on the other agents with moral obligationor duty.
