This position involves overall monitoring and managing Corporate Action Process where all the Corporate Action announcements and payments are processed accurately and timely to the client.

Key Responsibilities
Ensuring that the team and individual deliverables are met on time. Planning and providing training to the team-members. Keeping a track of team member's performance. Setting out quality standards for various operational areas ensuring a high quality customer experience work process. Preparing MIS reports & other statements with a view to apprise management of the process operations and assist critical decision making.
