SCOPE OF THE STUDY


The study entitled A study on Customer perception of E-learning with special Reference to Agnite E-learning system will help the company to identify the perception and expectation of customer from an E- learning. The study also helps to identify the effectiveness E-learning.
This study explore the customer behavior and attitude

toward E-LEARNING system To identify awareness of E-learning system The project helped in getting an inside view of customers. It also has earned me an opportunity to interact with a lot of people and thereby helping me in knowing their attitude and behaviour.

Customer perception study is an

attempt to understand how a customers perception of a product or service influences their behavior. Those who study customer perception try to understand why customers make the decisions they do, and how to influence these decisions

Review of Literature

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY According to Redman & Mory, Research is a systemized effort to give new knowledge. Research methodology is a way to systematically solve the research problems. It may be understood as a science of studying how research is done scientifically. It includes the overall research design, the sampling procedure, data collection method and analysis procedure. RESEARCH DESIGN The descriptive research includes surveys and fact-finding inquiries of different kinds. The major purpose of descriptive research is the description of existing state of affairs. In social science and business research, we quite often use the term ex post facto research for descriptive research studies. The methods of research utilized in descriptive research are survey methods of all kinds, including comparative and correlation methods. Sampling Method Simple random sampling is the simplest of the probability sampling techniques. It requires a complete sampling frame, which may not be available or feasible to construct for large populations. Even if a complete frame is available, more efficient approaches may be possible if other useful information is available about the units in the population. The survey has been conducted from all categories of business person.

DATA COLLECTION
Primary data Questionnaire method was adopted in this study. The data has been collected by distribution of questionnaires to the respondents. The questionnaire consisted of 11 questions. It was distributed among 100 respondents. Secondary data The secondary data about the company profile and other details were collected from the company web site, journals & articles and through personal discussion with the employees in the organization. SAMPLING Sampling technique Simple random sampling was used in the study and sampling units are chosen as 100 respondents primarily in accordance to the convenience.

STATISTICAL TECHNIQUES
The Statistical tools used here is: Correlation Chi-square
