LICHFL is a Govt. Housing Finance company having a minimum Interest Rate in comparison of other home Loan companies. Inspite of these benefits during survey it is to be found that LICHFL is still lacking behind in various aspects:
The processing time is too long, customer has to wait for long time the loan to get disbursed.
LICHFL provides least documentation formalities to LIC Insured customers, but other clients have to face a long process of documentation formalities.
LICHL should improve after sales service .Staff is generally co-operative only at the time of loan is sanctioned & disbursed.
Website of LIC HFL should be continuously updated and should give more
CONCLUSION
Home Loan companies should always try to update their policies according to needs of customers. Some points to be remember are as follows: attention should be paid to staff so that they can provide information to client in better way and able to solve every problem of clients. Disbursement should be on proper time for customer convenience and also for increase in profit margin. Prepayment, documentation formalities, interest rates, disbursement, after sales services etc should be manage by company for customer satisfaction as well as to gain profit from the market.
