Research is a serious academic activity with a set of objectives to explain or analyze or understand a problem or finding solution for problem

Customer satisfaction is directly proportional to the services provided by the company which leads to the sale.

PROBLEM FORMULATION.

1).Addressing The Problem: Due to the foreign competitor in India, Indian Automobile Manufacture are facing more competition in market.

2).Stating the purpose of research. Is the efficiency comparison of both the product including the PETROL or FULE consumption and the price comparison. 3).Scope of Research. Which company is having more sales regarding customer satisfaction. 4).Formulating the Hypothesis. Price and Mileage are the Independent Variable.
