Republic of Singapore situated at the southernmost tip of the Peninsular Malaysia lies to the north of the equator. The entire territory of Singapore consists of the island of Singapore and fifty-eight islets of which people inhabit some of the islands. Singapore Strait separates Singapore from Indonesia and Straits of Johor separates it from Malaysia. The diamond-shaped island is blessed with a vast coastline of 193 kilometers. 50% of the land comprises of the urban areas while 40% of it is covered with parklands, reservoirs, plantations and open military areas.

History
The name Singapore is derived from the word "Singapura" or "Lion City" as legend has it that a Sumatran prince sighted a beast that looked like a lion when he first set foot on the island in the 14th century. In the year 1819, Sir Stamford Raffles established a British trading station on this island. Singapore gained its independence as a sovereign and democratic nation on 9 August 1965.

Merlion park
The Merlion Park in Singapore is an emblem of the Singapore Tourism Board, because they designed this structure, known as the Merlion Park in Singapore. It was so popular that it became the icon of Singapore. There is a colossal statue located at the centre of the park. Merlion Statue it weighs approximately 70 tones and is 8.6 meters high. The renowned architect known as Mr. Lim Nang Seng has constructed it with cement. There is also a second statue, which is smaller in size. It weighs 3 tones and is 2 meters high

Night safari
This is the world's premier night zoo. The twilight holds many surprises and more so at Night Safari, where you can look a rhinoceros in the eye or hear the howls of a pack of striped hyenas. There are over 1,200 animals of over 110 exotic species to watch out for. The animals are in 8 zones that recreate various geographic regions like the Southeast Asian rainforest, African savanna, Nepalese river valley, South American pampas and Burmese jungle. Jurong bird park


Jurong Bird Park is a 20.2 hectare open-concept park. It is the largest in the Asia Pacific and one of the finest bird parks in the world. Jurong Bird Park, collection of more than 8,000 birds from 600 species, offers visitors an experience that is entertaining as well as educational. The whole family can enjoy the entertaining Birds n Buddies Show and be enthralled by the birds of prey in the King of the Skies show and in the Fuji World of Hawks. The bird shows at the Pools Amphitheatre featuring flamingoes, macaws, hornbills and cockatoos are both spectacular and funny.

Singapore Flyer
Meet the worlds largest Giant Observation Wheel the Singapore Flyer. It is a one-of-a-kind experience in Asia. Built over a three-story terminal building, Singapore Flyer is 150 meters in diameter, 165 meters in height and travels at 0.21m per second. Each of its 28 city-bus-sized airconditioned capsules can carry up to 28 passengers and a complete rotation of the wheel takes approximately 30 minutes.

Sentosa Island
Under water world Underwater World Singapore is one of Asia's most exciting tropical oceanarium . Tourists will have the opportunity to admire the amazing sea lives from this part of the world together with endangered underwater animals. This place offers visitors the chance to look at different ocean creatures which are sure to captivate you and you do not need to dive into the water and get yourself wet. This large aquarium features a long walkthrough tank where you can experience sharks and rays swimming right over your head; especially liked the little sea dragons, relatives of the sea horse.

Dolphin lagoon
At the Dolphin Lagoon in Sentosa, visitors will get to witness the rare pink IndoPacific Humpback Dolphins perform their natural behaviors such as spy hop, tail flapping, vocalizations, etc. Lucky visitors might even score a peck on the cheek, or a chance to wade next to these wonderful and highly intelligent marine mammals, fully supervised by the trainers, of course. Fish Reflexology
Step up the fun at Fish Reflexology. Dip your feet into a warm pool and witness a school of Turkish spa fish swim up and nibble away dead skin to reveal smoother and healthier skin. Songs of the Sea


Song of the Sea is another entertainment choice on Sentosa Island. Here, visitors will enjoy an amazing nightly 25-minute light show with high tech and dramatic effects, special computer-generated images, captivating music and stunning bursts of flame as well as a wonderful display of water jets plus a good story line. DAY 01: INDIA-SINGAPORE


Arrive Singapore. Transfer to the restaurant for breakfast. Day is free at leisure. Check in to hotel. Evening proceed for Night Safari. Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 02: SINGAPORE


Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed for city tour of Singapore. View the city, which would be covering Civic district, China town, Jewelry factory. In afternoon proceed to Sentosa island Overnight at the hotel.

DAY 03: SINGAPORE


Breakfast at the hotel. Proceed for Jurong Bird Park. Evening is free at leisure. Return back to the hotel.

DAY 04: SINGAPORE-INDIA


Breakfast at the Hotel. Check out of the hotel. Proceed for universal studio. Transfer to the airport for your Flight back to India.
