segments:

Telecommunications-Mobiles

and

Information Technology.

The Companys Telecommunications-Mobiles segment includes the business of trading / manufacturing of mobile handsets. Its Information Technology segment includes the business of manufacturing, trading, installation/erection and networking of computer hardware, including maintenance and servicing.

The Companys principal products include mobile handset, pass book

printers and computer systems. It offers mobility devices across nearly 50,000 retail points with a network of more than 300 service counters in India.

On November 4, 2010, the Company announced that the scheme of amalgamation between the Company and Spice Televentures Private Limited

On December 2010, it acquired M/s. Kimman Exports
