NIRVANA
The state of absolute blessedness, characterized by release from the cycle of reincarnations; freedom from the pain and care of the external world; bliss. YOGA Implies integration; bringing all the faculties of the psyche under the control of the self.

WHAT ACTUALLY YOGA IS?


Yoga is a way of life, a conscious act, not a set or series of learning principles. Yoga first popped up more than 3,000 years ago in what we now call India. The word "yoga" comes from the Sanskrit word "yuj," which means "to bind, join, attach, and yoke." This whole process is about relaxing. In other words, yoga is about concentrating on your mind and body by binding yourself to God. It's about disciplining yourself to balance your mind, soul, and emotions, so that you can connect with your individual spirit.
