1º Y Aitor Fernández Jiménez INTRODUCTION She noted two different types of replicators. (Genes & Memes) Susan Blackmore is an English scientist, that has been studying mimetics. She said that is going to be another replicator. (Techno -meme) Replicators They are particles or behaviours that they copy some information by different ways. They can be: biological (genes), psicological (memes), technological (temes). Genes They are the most primitive ones. They pass the information by biological processes. Everybody have it. They appeared when life began. They involves on the abilities to learn, or to do sports. Memes Are ideas or behaviours, that are pass by learning or imitation. They move throught the social- cultural atmosphere, like a virus. Some examples are: thoughts, theories, gestures, practices, fashions, habits, songs and dances. Temes It will happen on the future. Are ideas or behaviours that are pass by technological information. Some examples are: fashions, music styles, comsumption of computers, consoles, trademarks, etc… Conclusions Only temes are hypothetical. All of them are very dangerous for humanity, because they change people’ minds.
