Role Of Percept Management


First phase: QUALITY SYSTEM REVIEW (2-4 weeks) The current position of your organization with regard to the quality management will be established in this stage. The initial review will cover the following. Overall and department wise activities Existing documents and written procedures Conducting gap analysis vis--vis ISO 9001:2008 requirements

Second phase: AWARENESS AND DOCUMENTATION (6-8 weeks) Awareness program for different categories of personnel in the requirements of ISO 9001quality management system and their Application to the company's activities. Formation of steering groups to obverse the project implementation. Training for writing QMS documents. Preparation of list of documents and assignment of responsibilities. Preparation of time bound action plan for implementation of ISO 9001. Drafting of quality policy.

Second phase: AWARENESS AND DOCUMENTATION (6-8 weeks) Writing of system procedures, work instructions, assessment methods, forms etc. Writing of QMS system manual. Third phase: PLANNING, PROGRAMME IMPLEMENTATION, REVIEW AND SYSTEM REVISION (8-10 weeks) Planning for internal performance criteria and quality management program with specific objectives and target Develop the capabilities and support mechanisms necessary for implementation of QMS plan and program. Assisting First internal audit Management review and corrective action on nonconformance observed. Assisting Second internal audit if required Audit by external experts. Application for certification.

Fourth phase: ASSISTANCE FOR CERTIFICATION AND AUDIT (4-6 weeks) Assisting in selection of appropriate certification body. Preliminary assessment by certifying body. Corrective action suggested in the preliminary assessment. Final assessment by certifying body.
