It is the process of strategy implementation after inititation.

So What is a Competitive Advantage?

Past reputation ie 82% of former BCBS students are employment or further study. BCBS ongoing investment which can be seen by the upgrades in Galton and feeney buildings. BCBS has a diverse number of courses that attract good student from all over the world.
