Poor

representation of women in political sphere.

However, equal representation of men and women in politics is the key for a gendered development

This issue is very important and I took the responsiblity because:


Malagasy

womens place in politics is not fair. I committed myself to improve this failure for a real development of the country.

In 2008, I was involved in the fight against violence perpetrated to women and children

Now, I am into politics


I will never give up until the goal is reached

WHO IS THE KEY TARGET? WHO IS INVOLVED? ARE WOMEN AND MEN EQUALLY INVOLVED?

Oppressed people (Women and children) Men because it is what is meant by gender equality

WHAT RESULTS HAVE BEEN ACHIEVED?

The number of women in Parliament and especially in the Governement is increasing

27% of Ministers are now women while it was only 16% before 16% in CST, 12% in CT the president of CENIT is a woman.

WHAT RESULTS HAVE BEEN ACHIEVED?


I was the representative of women in Malagasy delegation during the meeting in GABORONE June 2011 . The meeting targeted to find solutions for the crisis in Madagascar
