Direction of Motivation and Drive In Action


Motivation is derived from the word English word - "Motivation". The word originally was the "motive" has also been borrowed by the Malay / Bahasa Malaysia to the MOTIF, which means PURPOSE. In the newspapers, reporters often write verse "motive". The word motive here can we understand the reasons or purposes that led to a murder was committed. So, in short, because the words are meant as motivation, purpose or driving force, the purpose of a person that is actually the main driver for him to work harder to achieve or get what he wants is either negative or positive. Therefore, we can define that: Motivation is something that is motivating and directing the course of a person in its actions either negative or positive."

Motivation as an Enabler
The purpose or motive is the same function with the goals, visions, aspirations, wishes orambitions. So, the vision, ambition, dreams, desires or needs of a person even for a country that is a driving force to push hard effort to achieve that accomplish so much. More important things to be achieved, possessed, resolved or destination, the more serious and more potent the efforts of a person, a family, organization, community orcountry to achieve any desired goals. So, with the aim or intention is more important orlarger, more potent inducement or motivation is a person to strive to achieve its objective. Therefore, we can conclude here that:
"Motivation is a form of mind and heart of encouragement to be the main person, a familyor organization to achieve whatever you want."

As the degree of seriousness motivation


The level of interest that a person would like to reach, impact on the level of enthusiasm forwork. Despite the relatively long time to achieve, but if what is envisaged is so important, it will continue to still have the desire or determination to strive until the goal is reached. Therefore, we may also conclude here that:

"Motivation is the degree or level of intensity and duration of the continuity of a person,trying to reach the goal or objective."

Motivation As Catalyst Courage

When we really and truly want something, fear or laziness is the subject of a second - willachieve a major concern; courage, diligence and perseverance will arise. Therefore, we can conclude or define here that:
"Motivation is a catalyst to rise and ignite the desire, courage and determination to achieve a challenging goal that really want and is believed to be achieved / obtained."
