To essentialize the law of integration, we study the works of:

Do not dwell in the past, do not dream of the future, concentrate the mind on the present moment. Peace comes from within. Do not seek it without. The way is not in the sky. The way is in the heart. Three things cannot be long hidden: the sun, the moon, and the truth. We are shaped by our thoughts; we become what we think. When the mind is pure, joy follows like a shadow that never leaves.

The world is the great gymnasium where we come to make ourselves strong. All the powers in the universe are already ours. It is we who have put our hands before our eyes and cry that it is dark. Never think there is anything impossible for the soul. It is the greatest heresy to think so. If there is sin, this is the only sin; to say that you are weak, or others are weak. As different streams having different sources all mingle their waters in the sea, so different tendencies, various though they appear, crooked or straight, all lead to God. Our duty is to encourage every one in his struggle to live up to his own highest idea, and strive at the same time to make the ideal as near as possible to the Truth.
