CONCLUSION

FFC is unable to get status of multinational organization. As its major emphasis is on diversification because of some unfavorable circumstances in country like shortage of gas, electricity and fluctuation in prices. Future plans for reducing cost and for continuous flow of information, organization has implemented SAP-ERP system. Beside wind energy, FFC is looking forward for gas generation project in order to meet organizational, shareholders needs and requirement and to stabilize the countrys 5/1/12 economy.
