With our last long experiences you will find that:

We are the first one in Thailand who run this business of waste water recycling as core business and remain for 6 years till present (we do recycle more than 20,000 m3/day from 20 units). Our business model (first in Thailand) of BOO - selling the (recycled) water proves our convincing technology and experience of success to most of the high rating clients in Map Ta Phud e.g. PttChem, UBE group, Indorama, BPE, TPC etc. Most of them ask for repeat orders as proven technology and trustable vendor.

Trust on availability and stability of both quantity and quality around the clock over the years make some clients use us as main water purification to their predemin water such as Indorama - 120 m3/hr, or UBE 80 m3/hr and these last for 3-4 years already. ECM/IWS now plays a major rolls of water management to some clients like BPE and UBE as well as Indorama.

With the facilities of SCADA (internet) control and our workshop at Map Ta Phud, we are among the few in the market of Thailand who can access all control and monitor on-line thus making all of our units unmanned suited for environment of petrochemical and refinery where less staff in the plant is desired. Moreover, we are the one who can guarantee within 24 hours to recover the unit. This can be done through our modular design and selected repeat parts allocated for construction.

Most of the feed water to our units have been tested and simplified to our hundreds of data base. This enables us to design with less risk and time consumed. For example, raw water data of IRPC plant improvement project is the same as what we have in UBE factory (UBE -Thai Caprolactum buys the same water from IRPC and feeds to ECM unit to make similar demin water quality for the process).
ECM/IWS believe that we can mostly help you exercise on the whole plant water management, recycle, improvement of existing water treatment system etc. In fact, we can cooperate with you from a very preliminary design till last of the project.
