OPERATION PROCESS
Purchase the Raw Material receive raw materials two suppliers for each item we only select the best, to ensure the raw material quality. Check the Raw Material check all the material make sure the qualities is in high good condition kept in safe and hygienic store.

Inspections Inspection to ensure the quality will be maintain checking the quality of product again The application of the vigorous inspection regimes guarantees Packaging start the minute after each item is ready to be pack.

Market the products

Our doors will be sending to selected wholesalers and retailer in Penang, Kedah and Perlis after every single process had been clearly done. We will send 100 unit of door for sale every month.

PRODUCTION SCHEDULE
Operation day : 8.00 am to 6.00 pm Rest time : 1.00 pm to 2.00 pm Actual operational hour = 8 hours per day
Our company was operating every day because we need to produce the panel consistently and make sure there is no shortage in producing the number of panel demand per day. From the operation schedule in Agro Sinar Enterprise, our company was operating 10 hours every day, but the actual time for operational process is 8 hours every day.

Capacity planning output in units/ operations time

Daily production rate:We have 8 hours in 1 day. We need 1 and the half hours to produce 1 units in a day for this product. So we use 1 machines to produce this door.

Machine Planning
We have 8 hours for 1 day. We need 1 and the half hours to produce 1 unit door in a day for this product. So one machines is enough to produce 5 unit door in a day.

MATERIAL REQUIREMENT
List and cost of raw material for a month :

Timber: RM1,596.80 per m3 we need 200 m3 per month so, the cost for one month is RM319,360.00.
