THERE ARE CERTAIN KEY WORDS USED WHEN EXPRESSING VERBS OF ACTION.

Group 1: always/never often/rarely/seldom These words are placed directly before the verb in a sentence. Example: I always walk to work.

Group 2: sometimes every day/week/month/time occasionally

These words are placed either at the beginning or at the end of a sentence.
Example: I walk to work every day.

In order to change a sentence from the positive form to the negative form, it is necessary to introduce the auxiliary DO or DOES (3rd person singular). Add to this the negative NOT and place before the main verb. Note that the auxiliary DO is conjugated, leaving the verb in the infinitive form.

In order to form a question, introduce the auxiliary DO or DOES (3rd person singular). The auxiliary is placed before the subject (Do I) and this structure is placed before the main verb (Do I drink?).
