Part 4 The Armor of God

 Our calling is to be sons and daughters

For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. And if you are Christs, then you are Abrahams seed, and heirs according to the promise. Ga.3:26-29

Ga.4:1-8
Now I say that the heir, as long as he is a child, does not differ at all from a slave, though he is master of all, but is under guardians and stewards until the time appointed by the father. Even so we, when we were children, were in bondage under the elements of the world. But when the fullness of the time had come, God sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under the law,

 to redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as sons. And because you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of His Son into your hearts, crying out, Abba, Father! Therefore you are no longer a slave but a son, and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ.

NO LONGER SLAVES BUT SONS! NOT JUST SONS BUT HEIRS! HEIRS TO THE KINGROYALTY! But many of us, while heirs of God, live as orphans who are poor, helpless, and friendless

 Proverbs 30:21-22
Under three things the earth quakes, And under four, it cannot bear up: Under a slave when he becomes king,
Isnt that everyones testimony?

 Why do things fall apart when slaves rule?

A pauper is born into insignificance. As he grows up he learns through life that he has no value and his opinions dont really matter. When he becomes a king, he is important to the world around him but he still feels insignificant in the world that lies within him. Subsequently, he doesnt watch his words or the way he carries himself. He ultimately destroys the very people he is called to lead.

 The definition of Pauper is a very poor person. The word poor is defined as lacking sufficient money to live at a standard considered comfortable or normal in a society. Simply: deficient or lacking A pauper is defined by lacknot just money but peace, self-esteem, security, knowledge

 What are some areas of life that we suffer lack in? Insignificance is defined as lacking power or influence How has lack in your life contributed to feelings or thoughts of powerlessness in your life?
