FIELD QUALITY PLAN

Before starting of site activities, FQP is submitted by contractor and a suitable field quality organization with adequate manpower is set up to effectively implement the FQP requirements. Various checks/tests are performed and documents are prepared in different stages accordingly. Class of checks performed are A Class (Critical) B Class (Major) C Class (Minor)

TRIAL OPERATION
After initial running of equipments individually, the total

system is put on the trial run for specified number of days.

Protocols are prepared for the start of TO During TO, performance of the system is observed and

any discrepancies found are recorded in log sheet.

After successful completion of TO, protocol for TO

completion is signed.

TAKING OVER BY O&M

Following successful completion of all facilities, for a particular unit, Projects Dept requests O&M Dept for issuing Unit-wise Taking Over Certificate (ITOC), enclosing the following documents for all the systems/ equipments pertaining to the specific unit
As-built Drawings, Manuals, Signed Quality Plans List of Equipments Copies of RIOC Copies of Factory & Site Test Reports
