Method
1. Mash the boiled potatoes. 2. Mix potatoes , soy granules , spinach , garlic ginger paste , garam masala powder , amchur powder salt to taste & chopped onions & coriander leaves. 3. Make cutlets & either deep fry them or do shallow frying on tawa.

1. 2. 3. 4. Grind beet roots in a grinder to paste. Mix salt , cumin seeds & beet root paste to wheat flour & knead it. Make pooris & take it out on the tissue paper . Eat with any vegetable or pickle.

1. 2. 3. 4. Take the pulp of both these varieties of mango , add milk & churn it in the grinder. Pour this mango pulp in the pan & put it on fire . Let it be on fire for hr to 45 min. Keep stirring it continuously till it thickens. When it is almost done , add ghee , sugar & milk cream & stirring it well & let it be on gas for another 10 minutes. 5. It is done. Add dry fruits & cardamom powder & put it in the refrigerator.
