Now a days the role of hospitals are changed compared to the hospitals mostly run and maintained by government where to provide basic remedy to the patient was only the aim. But in this modern hi-tech age having several advanced facilities like communication, transportation, advanced modern diagnostic centers equipped with ultra modern technique and facilities, super specialist personnels in respective fields, government as well as private hospitals has to play a vital role in this society.

As a result for smooth and systematic functioning of the hospital, they need a person who can oversee the day-to-day operations of all departments and make sure that hospitals operate efficiently and provide adequate medical care to patients. As a result they need a person who can perform various duties and task for the Hospital.

It is really a very tough and responsible task for an administrator to

perform the duties smoothly by supervising each department, keeping


a vigil eyes regularly on all official documents, and maintain the co-ordination among various departments, staffs, and other related officials and public. Every morning Administrator go for a round to each and every ward of IPD,OPD, supportive department, Clinical dept. of Hospital and have a direct conversation with patients to know about the health condition, problems and any feed back related to services of

hospital. Sometimes it is very difficult for him/her to manage and to have cop.
